DISTINCTIVE SIGNS, BADGES
All participants of IV Congress are kindly requested to wear identification badges and badges during events.
At present, citizens of 65 countries have the right to visit the Republic of Kazakhstan without a visa for up to 30 calendar days. Foreign citizens with a Kazakhstan visa are exempted from the requirement of registration to the migration police. ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
All participants of the Congress will be met/escorted by fixed persons from the staff of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and volunteers at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport. A local transfer will be arranged for the participants of the Congress between the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport, the hotel and the venues for official events.
Prayer rooms are provided at the hotel and official events.
The national currency on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the Kazakhstan tenge (KZT). All cash transactions are made only in national currency.
In all hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, international Visa and Master Card are widely used. There are also exchange at the hotels where participants can exchange USD, Euros and other foreign currencies.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
There is a sharply continental temperate climate in Nur-Sultan. Summer here can be both very hot and dry, and rainy and windy. According to 2019 data, the actual average monthly temperature of the month in August is 20.5°. The lowest air temperature 6.0° was recorded on August 28. The highest temperature of 37.9° was on August 6.
