During the Constitutional Council activity, more than 140 of regulatory decrees have been adopted, 6 of them on supplementary interpretations of its decrees. In relation to the introduction of constitutional innovations in the Fundamental Law (1998, 2007 and 2017), the Constitutional Council made decisions to reconsider some of the acts (2004, 2007, 2008, 2001 and 2017).
Since January 1996 and up to date more than 200 appellations have been proposed: 27 appellations from the Head of the state, 77 appellations from chairpersons of the Chamber of Parliament and its deputies, 27 appellations from the Prime Minister and 71 appellations from courts.
In whole or partially, about 30 laws and international treaties were regarded as unconstitutional. On results of practice generalisation of the Constitutional control, the 25st annual message on the Constitutional legitimacy in the country was sent in Parliament. The issues on protection of human rights, the development of legislation, the enforcement of legislation in compliance with the Constitution, court organization and justice system conducting by administrative reform and in the other fields of the constitutional regulations, were raised in them.
